As a practitioner with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and specialised training in Sexology, I bring a unique perspective to the table.

Beyond traditional nutrition coaching, my journey into Sexology study has enriched my approach, allowing me to delve deeper into the interconnected realms of sexual and reproductive health and nutrition.

Understanding the nuances of human sexuality has empowered me to provide comprehensive support to clients, addressing not only dietary needs but also factors impacting overall well-being.

  • I've got this Medicare provider number, which basically means you can snag yourself some sweet rebates for our dietitian consults and coaching sessions through Medicare. Yep, you heard it right! But here's the catch: you'll need to chat to your GP and get yourself an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC). Don't worry, though! GP Clinics usually offer free appointments to set up this plan. These plans are only eligible to folks with chronic health issues and disabilities such as ADHD, Autism, PMDD, PME, Chronic Pain or a mental illness. Chronic = anything thats lasted > 3 months. If you’re unsure if you’d be eligible, chat to your GP.

  • And get this: with your EPC, you can score up to 5 Medicare rebated consults per calendar year! 🎉

Nutrition Consults

Prices:

Initial consult (1hr): $150

Follow up (30min): $90

✅ Dietitian Appointment focusing on any nutrition topic. My specialities include: management of mental illness, premenstrual disorders, neurodivergent brains, pelvic/reproductive conditions (e.g. endo) and sexual issues such as low libido and erectile dysfunction.

✅ 1 hour initial appointment followed by 45 minute follow-ups as needed.

All consults are currently via Zoom so you can connect with me from anywhere in the world! In person sessions will hopefully be available later in 2024 in Newcastle NSW Aus.

✅ After a personalised meal plan as well? Just select the addition option when you book.

Nutrition Coaching Package:

Price: $1800 for 6x fortnightly 60min sessions + message support between sessions

Fortnightly sessions for 3 months that focus on a specific health issue in depth such as getting your period back, PMDD/PMS, erectile dysfunction, mental health issues, libido, disordered/restrictive eating, gut health issues etc.

✅ Each session will run for 1 hour.

✅ Audio + text message support via Voxer (messaging app) in between sessions during my business hours Tues - Thurs 10am-4pm and Sat 9am-12pm AEDT (you can message me outside of these hours, but I will only respond within my business hours). This Voxer support is only available for the first 6 weeks of the package. You can add extra Voxer support if needed t an extra cost.

Length of consult: 1.5 hrs*

*please note I will put your meal plan together and finalise it after the consult, hence the price. The price includes research and the development of your meal plan outside of your consultation.

FAQs

 

What are your areas of passion in nutrition?

The gut-brain axis. That is, the connection between our second brain - the gut - and our brain. I am also super passionate about supporting neurodivergent folks, those living with disability and those living with mental illness to achieve greater wellness through nutrition, meal planning and routine. Being a Menstrual Cycle Guide, I also enjoy supporting people in living harmoniously with their natural hormonal rhythms. I also have interest in helping folks get their periods back after coming off of hormonal contraception and with improving libido and erectile dysfunction through nutrition.

If i do the complimentary call do i have to work with you?

Absolutely not! It’s completely up to you. I won’t be offended if you decide I’m not the right nutritionist for you.

Why Did you study nutrition?

I was obsessed with healthy eating and sports from a young age. I was always carb-loading for my next tennis tournament or run. My Grandma was a fabulous cook and inspired me cook yummy food. I want to support other people to find nutrition fun and exciting!! I love creating new recipes and playing with me food (literally). I wanted to specialise in sports nutrition when I was in uni, but then became immersed in the world of sex, menstrual cycle and mental health and never looked back!

what is your stance on diet culture and weight loss?

This is a fatphobia-free zone!

I use the non-diet approach, which means my focus is not on my clients losing weight. My focus is on my clients feeling more energised, happy, content and confident in their bodies. Weight loss should never be the end goal, it should be improved health and quality of life. We all have different shaped and sized bodies and they are all beautiful.

I do not use BMI, as it is very outdated. I will use your body weight to work out how much of each macronutrient you need to be consuming to meet your requirements.
