I’m Not Your Average Dietitian and Coach.
Studying a degree in sexology on top of my nutrition undergrad has enriched my holistic approach, allowing me to delve deeper with clients, problem solving more complex issues.
Understanding the nuances of human sexuality and our cyclical nature has empowered me to provide comprehensive support to clients, addressing not only dietary needs but also other factors that impact overall well-being like our relationships, belief systems, sexual health and menstrual cycles.
Nutrition is just one piece of the puzzle, I look at the entire picture to get to the root of the problem.

3-month Coaching Container
✅ For in-depth management of a specific health issue such as managing PMS and for more complex health issues.
✅ For in-depth support on how to sync your life with your cycle.
✅ 6x fortnightly 60min sessions + message support in between sessions for extra coaching, support and accountability.*
✅ Appointments are Telehealth via Zoom. In person sessions will hopefully be available in future.
✅ BONUS: Meal plan included at no extra cost.

*If you’re seeing me for more than one health issue, we may need longer than 6 sessions. We will check in at the end of the package, if you require further support you can either purchase another package or single follow-up nutrition consults as needed.
Consults

✅ I design a meal plan that suits your unique lifestyle and meets your nutrition requirements.
✅ Perfect for folks who are busy, neurodivergent, time poor (parents and uni students I’m looking at you).
✅ A Meal Plan is included in the Nutrition Coaching Package for free.
Price: $250*
Length of consult: 1.5 hrs
*please note I will put your meal plan together and finalise it after the consult, hence the price. The price includes research and the development of your meal plan outside of your consultation.

Absolutely not! It’s completely up to you. I won’t be offended if you decide I’m not the right dietitian/coach for you. The purpose of the discovery call is to see if we’re a good fit for working with each other. We are going to spend a lot of time together (on Zoom), so it’s important that we vibe and get along. This will also ensure that you get the best results.

I find the gut-brain axis fascinating. That is, the connection between our second brain - the gut - and our brain. A lot of the time doctors first line of treatment is medication, but a lot of the time medication is "band-aiding" and not getting to the root cause of the symptom/s. Seeing a holistic health professional like myself can often help you to uncover the root cause of an issue and support preventative care as opposed to minimal investigation and being put straight on a medication. I am not dissing medication AT ALL, it certainly has its place, all I'm saying is that it shouldn't always be the first line of treatment when further investigation has not occurred.
I am also OBSESSED with the menstrual cycle and helping people to understand just how powerful it is.

I was a competitive tennis player from when I was a tiny kid until my early twenties, so healthy eating and sports nutrition was a passionate interest of mine from a young age. I was always carb-loading for my next tennis tournament, netball game or run. I wanted to specialise in sports nutrition when I was in uni, but then became immersed in the world of sexual, menstrual cycle and mental health and never looked back!
I also love to cook. My Grandma was a fabulous cook and inspired me to cook yummy food. I want to support other people to find nutrition fun and exciting!! I love creating new recipes and playing with my food (literally).

This is a fatphobia-free zone!
I use the non-diet approach, which means my focus is not on my clients losing weight. My focus is on my clients feeling more energised, happy, content and confident in their bodies. I encourage my clients to set non-weight orientated goals such as improving quality of life. We all have different shaped and sized bodies and they are all beautiful.
I do not use BMI as it is very outdated. I may use your body weight to work out how much of each macronutrient you need to be consuming to meet your requirements. But if this is a sensitive area for you, we can take it slow or find other ways to ensure you are meeting your nutrition requirements.
