No, although I do encourage it if we have never spoken before. It’s important that we meet before starting a coach-client relationship to ensure that we are a good match and that we vibe!

This call is free.

Yes! You can see me from anywhere in the world. Even with timezone differences, my clients and I always make it work.

Coaches like me are hard to come by so you may find it tricky to find someone who does what I do in close proximity to you as my coaching style and what I help people with is very unique and specialised.

✅ Your coach (aka me) is a queer, genderfluid slut! I studied gender diversity and queerness in my Sexology degree so I’m thoroughly educated in this space and provide LGBTQIA+ inclusive and informed care to my clients.

✅ I’m neurodivergent (AuDHD) and trauma-informed which adds yet another layer of depth to my work and the care you receive inside the program.

✅ I coach from a place of personal lived experience so I can personally relate to your experiences, making you feel seen and validated on a whole other level.

✅ Your sessions will be sprinkled with light-hearted fun and goofiness . We’ll dance, celebrate wins, laugh and be our silly-billy selves! In order to get through the mud, we’ve gotta mix it up with some goofiness!

✅ Folks who are insecure about the colour of their vulva/labia

✅ Folks who are insecure about the size of either their labia majora (outer lips) or labia minora (inner lips)

✅ Folks who are insecure about their clitoris

✅ Folks who desire a closer, more loving relationship with their vulva

✅ Folks who feel they carry a lot of unresolved, repressed sexual and/or slut shame

This will depend on the severity and complexity of the root causes of your insecurities. For most folks it will take at least 6 months to a year of consistent coaching with me and inner healing work to get long-lasting results with minimal relapse. I recommend having sessions with me fortnightly for the best results, but you can do weekly if that works better for you.

It takes time to re-wire and reprogram your brains belief systems and sustainable healing requires consistent commitment and dedication.

I’m based on the east coast of Australia but I work completely online. My timezone is AEST/AEDT. The majority of my clients and audience are actually based in the US! And I see clients from all over the world.

Absolutely! I'm genderfluid myself. If you’re transphobic or a TERF (meaning you do not accept trans/gender diverse people or believe only cis women have vulvas) please do not book a session with me - we are not going to get along lol, I recommend listening to this podcast series I did with a biologist to get educated.

If you are confused or uneducated on this topic, please do not hesitate to reach out to me, I’m more than happy to educate you as long as you are respectful and open to learning.
