PMDD Symptoms:
These symptoms occur during the premenstrual (luteal) phase of the cycle and may continue into your period.

Anger
Depressive symptoms
Low self-worth
Anxiety, panic
Decreased interest in usual activities and boredom
Brain fog
Fatigue
Changes in appetite, food cravings, overeating, or binge eating
Insomnia or hypersomnia (sleeping too much)

You need to have at least 5 of these symptoms to be diagnosed with PMDD.

PME is the premenstrual exacerbation of symptoms that exist throughout your entire cycle. For example, you may live with chronic migraine or chronic pain and during your premenstrual phase you notice your symptoms become worse.
